Lee Khazraee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Glow Construction, Inc. is a retired Civil Engineer, the last posted position Lee held was as the Community Development Engineer for the City of Port Orange, Florida.

Lee has had over twenty years experience in the Construction Industry. He is a licensed Certified General Contractor in the state of Louisiana and Florida. The broad gamut of his experience includes; New Construction of multi-family and single family custom residences, shopping centers, multi-story commercial buildings and subdivision construction.

Throughout his career, Lee has never been content to build custom homes and/or commercial buildings the same as other developers/builders. He has always preferred to push the envelope, continuously seeking ways through creative design, new technologies and innovative ideas to build stronger, safer and better buildings.

Lee’s custom hanger homes at Spruce Creek Fly-In are another career benchmark that raises the bar in quality custom home design and construction.

In the commercial development arena, Lee has now completed excellent examples of creative commercial Professional/Medical office building structures.

All complexes are built with the tenant in mind. By completing only a “Shell Building” with no interior flooring or walls, allowing each individual tenant to select the design and layout to fit their needs and reduce costly interior changes.
